Our Process

 

An invoice is sent to the client, and our team addresses any post-exam queries, gathers feedback, files documentation, and marks the case as completed.

The specialist prepares a detailed IME report, reviewed for completeness and clarity, then securely delivered to the client. Follow-up questions are addressed.
The specialist conducts the IME, including physical examination, medical history review, and specific tests as needed.

The company submits a referral and our intake team reviews the details and matches the case with an appropriate specialist based on expertise, location, and availability.

We'll coordinate the appointment with the specialist and notify the claimant/examinee of the appointment details.

Our team organizes the relevant medical records and prepares necessary forms and questionnaires.
