    Sal is proud to lead the Direct IME team as President. With over 23 years of experience in the insurance industry, he has worked diligently to foster a culture of service, quality, discipline, and entrepreneurship at Direct IME. His strong business acumen and analytical mindset enable our team to position its services for optimal outcomes. Sal is highly regarded in the insurance market for his accessibility and commitment to a solutions-based approach that meets client needs. His extensive experience has not only enhanced the quality of Direct IME's customer service but also strengthened its national market position. Having held senior leadership roles in Canadian corporations, Sal nurtures our teams to harness critical thinking skills and a solid work ethic.     Ashaki Adonis, VP of Operations

    As Vice President of Operations at Direct IME Corp., Ashaki plays a pivotal role in shaping strategic initiatives and driving operational excellence. With over 20 years of experience in operations management, she has an extensive proficiency in IME business analytics and adeptly navigates complex legislative landscapes. A graduate of the University of Toronto with an Honours Bachelor of Science in 2001, Ashaki is a proud member of the Direct IME leadership team. In her free time, she enjoys reading, working out, and treasuring experiences with her family.

    Korin Steffenson, Account Manager - Western Canada

    As an Account Manager at Direct IME and over 20 years of experience in customer service, Korin plays a vital role in building client relationships and delivering tailored solutions. Korin earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at Simon Fraser University in 2013. She also has a background in Massage Therapy and is known for her approachable and personable nature. As a proud member of the Direct IME management team, she takes pleasure in resolving complex issues and fostering client satisfaction. In her free time, Korin enjoys spending time golfing and roller skating.
